Form of payment
The standard form of payment is the same for all the projects (We can value any other proposal).

- 25% upon signing of the promise of sale contract (max 30 days after reservation)
- 55% during construction (monthly, quarterly payments…)
- 20% upon delivery (expected in February 2025)
- First payment during construction, April 2023
