Welcome to the website of Agencia Inmobiliaria República Dominicana – AGIREDOM (hereinafter “the Site”). The objectives of the Site include providing consumers with access to residential and commercial property listings and real estate related information. To promote a safe and non-offensive environment for all visitors to the website, we have established these “Terms and Conditions of Use”. By accessing any area of the web site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to all of the Terms of Use, do not use this web site.

Through the Site of Agencia Inmobiliaria República Dominicana – AGIREDOM, any person (“User”) will be able to find diverse services and contents related to the search of real estate (hereinafter, “Services”).

Any person who uses the Site (hereinafter, “USER”) accepts without conditions each and every one of the present Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”), its modifications and complementary documents and is obliged to comply with them without objections. If you do not agree with any of the Terms of Use, do not use this Site. It is expressly stated that these Terms and Conditions of Use are mandatory and binding.
The Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Modifications shall be effective as of the time indicated; otherwise, they shall be deemed to be effective immediately. By using this Site after such modifications, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates to the Terms and Conditions of Use, without any right to make any claim in connection therewith.
Certain contents accessed through the Site may be subject to specific rules that regulate and complement these Terms and Conditions of Use, for which reason USERS are advised to take specific knowledge of them.

Conditions of access and use of the Site

The use of any Service of the Site attributes the condition of User of the same.
Access to and use of the Site does not require prior subscription or registration by the User. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the use of some Services offered through the Site requires the User’s registration.
In order to register on the Site, the User must complete the Registration Form with his/her personal information, indicating an e-mail address and a password. The User undertakes to select, use and keep his/her password diligently and to keep them secret and protected from third parties.

Use of the Site and its Services

The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the content and/or Services offered by the Site shall be at the User’s sole risk and/or responsibility.

The User agrees to use the Site and all its content and Services in accordance with the law, morality, public order, these Terms of Use, if applicable.

Likewise, the User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Services and/or contents of the Site and not to use them for illicit or criminal activities that infringe the rights of third parties and/or infringe the regulations on intellectual and industrial property, or any other applicable legal regulations.

In particular, the User undertakes not to transmit, introduce, disseminate and make available to third parties any type of material and information (data content, messages, drawings, sound and image files, photographs, software, etc.) that are contrary to the law, morality, public order, these Terms and Conditions of Use and, where appropriate, the Special Conditions that may be applicable.

By way of example, and in no way limiting or excluding, the User agrees to:

Not to enter or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic, apology of terrorism or that violate human rights.
Not to enter or disseminate on the network data programs (viruses and harmful software) likely to cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third party users of the Internet network.
Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illicit or unfair advertising
Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, “junk mail”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes”, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for this purpose.
Not to enter or disseminate any false, ambiguous, untimely or inaccurate information and content in a manner that misleads the recipients of the information.
Not to impersonate other Users by using their registration keys to the different Services and/or contents of the Site.
Not to enter or disseminate content that is contrary to the honor, personal and family privacy or self-image of persons.
Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that involves a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights that correspond to the owners of the Site or third parties.
Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that involves a violation of the secrecy of communications and personal data legislation.
Not to target bidders by sending Spam, or directly offer, publish or create, a personal database of third parties.
Use any mechanism, software or routine to impede or attempt to impede the proper functioning of this Site or any activity being performed on this Site.
Not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of this Site.
Not to disclose or share your password with any third party or use your password for any unauthorized purpose.
Not to attempt to decipher, decompile or otherwise obtain the source code of any software program comprising or constituting a part of this Site.

Publish Properties

It is expressly clarified that the User may publish Ads on the Site following the steps 2×3:

Fill out the form with information about the property.
Send photos and videos to the e-mail: [email protected] and in case of being “heavy”, send them through wetransfer.com.
Communicate the request and the fulfillment of the prerequisites to the commercial management at (1) 809 803 0271.

The published property will be promoted in all the sites associated to Agencia Inmobiliaria República Dominicana – AGIREDOM at local, provincial, national and international level. And other digital media, internet, websites, real estate portals, e-mail, personalized mailings, social networks in internet, videos, graphics, newspapers, specialized magazines, with international, national, provincial and local scope and/or in all those media that THE AUTHORIZED believes convenient for the best exposure and sale of the property. He/she is also authorized to place in the public road the poster or posters of sale (optional) of the Real Estate Company “Agencia Inmobiliaria República Dominicana – AGIREDOM”. Being the expenses of promotion and publicity in charge of “Real estate Agency Dominican Republic – AGIREDOM ».

When registering and/or navigating the Site, the USER and/or the visitor provides personal information, giving his free, express and informed consent so that the same one is gathered and stored directly in our database, being protected electronically, using the most complete and effective mechanisms of computer science security of protection of the information to maintain it in total confidentiality, according to the Law No. 172-13 Protection of the Data.
The USER is responsible for the proper use of the Site, expressly agreeing to avoid any action that may damage systems, equipment or services accessible directly or indirectly through the Internet, including the intentional congestion of links or systems and in accordance with these conditions.
It is expressly clarified that the Site may be used only and exclusively by persons over 18 years of age, and persons who are not older than 18 years of age must refrain from using it.
All the information about the properties published and/or offered by the Site is provided by THE USER, being exclusive responsibility of the same such information as well as the referring thing to its commercialization.
Real Estate Agency Dominican Republic – AGIREDOM is not responsible for the publication, veracity and accuracy of the information that in the Site is provided, neither of the changes that on the same one could happen.
It is expressly clarified that the Site reviews the content of the Notices, providing only and exclusively a space for its publication. In such sense, THE USER adhered will maintain the Dominican Republic Real Estate Agency – AGIREDOM.
The USER assumes full responsibility before Real estate Agency Dominican Republic – AGIREDOM and to third for damages and damages that were produced as consequence of the own action, of their dependents or of third connected through the USER and those that result from the nonobservance of the laws or regulations of other illicit facts or of the bad use that is made of the service, having the USER to compensate and to maintain undamaged to

Real estate agency Dominican Republic – AGIREDOM will not be responsible for the damages, alteration of information or interferences to the system or to the networks, product of the action of third.
Dominican Republic Real Estate Agency – AGIREDOM will not be responsible for the result of the service as long as the necessary facilities for its good operation depend on third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, routing errors, loss of information or data, unplanned service interruptions that are not attributable to Dominican Republic Real Estate Agency – AGIREDOM.
Dominican Republic Real Estate Agency – AGIREDOM will not be responsible for the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness and usefulness of the data, programs and information of any type that are transmitted by its networks. The content of this information will be of exclusive responsibility of those who exchange it (sender and addressee).
Dominican Republic Real Estate Agency – AGIREDOM will not be responsible for the bad use of the facilities and given services, due to power cuts or programmed interruptions or any other failure that is not attributable to serious fault or fraud of Dominican Republic Real Estate Agency – AGIREDOM.
Real estate agency Dominican Republic – AGIREDOM will not be responsible for the damages and damages caused, including fortuitous case and major force, that were produced to the equipment, facilities or personnel of the USER.

Representations

Users expressly understand, accept and agree that:

The Site may contain errors.
The Site shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damages resulting from the loss and/or deterioration of information and/or the use of the Site.
